Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. I reserve the right to refuse a refund or issue only a partial refund if the conditions outlined above are not met.
Payment
Payment is due immediately upon order completion. Orders for which payment is not received within 24 hours will be cancelled.
Provincial Sales Tax (PST) and/or Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) is added to Canadian orders depending on your province or territory.
Shipping
Within Canada - Most items can be shipped as lettermail or Light Packet and will take up to 10 business days to arrive, depending on which province or territory they are destined for. Tracking is not available for lettermail or Light Packet shipments.
United States - Most items are shipped as Light Packet USA and will take up to 2 weeks to arrive. Tracking is not available for Light Packet USA shipments.
Other International Destinations - Most items are shipped as Light Packet International and will take up to 2 weeks to arrive. Tracking is not available for Light Packet International shipments.
