Thank you for viewing my jewelry. I handcraft each piece, using a variety of different materials, including natural stones, Swarovski crystals, pearls, gold, Sterling silver, fine silver, copper, bronze, and steel. No two items are alike. That’s the beauty of my work! For more information about me, please read my Profile, accessed via the homepage.

I take great pride in my work. Because, customer satisfaction is my first priority, I guarantee my work for the life of the piece. If it should fail for any reason other than normal wear and tear or accident, I will repair it at no cost. The customer, however, will be responsible for insurance, shipping and handling charges. The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
All sales are final 48 hours after you receive the item.
If you are not completely satisfied, email me within 2 days of receipt of the item, and I will do my best to resolve the issue. If you return the item, store credit will be provided so long as the following guidelines are adhered to. You must:

1. Return the item within 7 days of its receipt. 

3. Return the item in its original condition.

4. Insure the returned item and pay all shipping charges; should you return an item that becomes lost in shipment, your loss will be covered by the insurance you purchased. I am not responsible for any returned items that are lost in shipment.

Please note:
• I reserve the right to refuse any return that is not in its original condition.
• A 50% re-stocking fee will be applied to returned item(s) that show any sign of customer wear or other damage.

• Shipping, Handling and Insurance costs are non-refundable.

• If the return is due to my error, all shipping charges will be refunded.
Etsy keeps your payment information secure. My shop never receives your credit card information. Payment can be made via PayPal or the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Etsy also accepts Etsy gift cards. I do not ship to third parties. California residents will be charged a tax of 8.75% on their purchase.
I ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). The charge is $8 for all orders within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Everywhere else, the shipping charge is $15. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. I strive to ship all orders within 48 hours of payment clearance, but infrequent exigencies, such as holidays and vacations, could delay shipment. In-store pick-ups are not possible. Although each item purchased will be sent in a suitable gift container, special gift-wrapping services are not provided.

All items are made in a non-smoking home, and are free of common allergens.

Many necklaces and bracelets can be re-sized if necessary. I offer that service free of charge, although you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Privacy policy: I treat all information provided as privileged and will not share it. I will only use your shipping/billing address and contact information to communicate with you about your order, to fulfill your order, or for legal reasons (like paying taxes).
