I received the electronic file of the invitation via email. Although it had the information I requested I suddenly had to move the party to a different date. I emailed the shop within two days of receiving the invitation to ask if they could change the date and received no response. I sent a follow up email a few days later and again received no response. I would have totally understood if they had reaponded and said they delete the file after sending or couldn't change the invite for other reasons, but not responding at all is simply bad customer service. I was not able to use the invitation and ended up sending an evite.
