We cannot be held responsible for any extra charges which may occur within customs and taxes when shipping internationally.

Delivery
Items within the UK will be shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class within 1-2 working days.
Orders should arrive with you within 1-2 working days but parcels aren't considered 'lost' by Royal Mail until the 10th working day has passed.
If this is the case, please give us a nudge and we will do our best to solve any problems. If you prefer 'Signed For' delivery, please do let us know and we can arrange that for you.
For international orders, we send via standard post which should arrive within a few working days. Please get in touch if you would like to knock down to the cheaper economy postage charge and we will look into this for you, however please be advised this could take your order over a month to reach you. Orders placed outside of the UK will not be provided with a tracked delivery unless requested before ordering as we have to charge extra for this.
