    Wanted something with yellow gold, rose gold and silver and this was perfect. Purchased the largest size pendant available, would have liked it a little bit larger but the artist was very kind in saying I could return it if I felt it was not large enough. I also had said I did not need a chain as I had several I planed to use, she sent one along anyway, did not charge me for it, in case my chains did not fit through the narrow loop up at the top. My chains were fine, so I told her I would send hers back, even though she said I could keep it. So she is very accommodating! The pendant is beautifully made and will look great swinging from my longer length silver or gold ball chain!

    I purchased one of Pat’s amazing pieces for my mother after seeing her work at a craft show. My mother loved this beautiful pendant. Pat’s communication, care, and eye for detail made this one of the best Christmas surprises yet! Thank you for such an easy and pleasant Etsy experience, Pat.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
RETURNS: It's not always easy to tell how you'll like something three dimensional from a two dimensional picture. If your purchase arrives and you don't like it, send it back, keeping these few guildines in mind.

1.) Only unworn items may be returned.

2.) Returns must be requested within 5 business days of reciept. Contact me by email or phone by the end of the 5th day window to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Returns without a return authorizaiton number are not accepted. (In December, I will take unworn returns back until 12/31/15; but a RA is still required)

4.) My goal is to make beautiful high quality jewelry that you love and are very happy with. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, do contact me right away to see what can be done.

5.) GIFT RETURNS: Items purchased at the holidays may need a longer timeframe for returns. Please let me know if anything you've ordered and want to return is a holiday gift.
Payment
I accept all major credit & debit cards and Etsy gift cards.

Payment must be received within 24 hours. If payment is not received within that time, the order will be cancelled.

Massachusetts residents will be subject to the state's 6.25% sales tax.
Shipping
I love to have my packages ship right away, so I imagine you do too. – So when I can get something out the same day as you order, I will. But inevitably there will be times when that's not possible. Therefore my commitment is to ship your order within three business days. (Business days do not include weekends or legal US holidays.)

I will send a convo or email you when your items ships and will send your tracking information.

SHIPPING COSTS:
Please know that on shipments of a $500 or greater value, a signature will be required for delivery. I will email you letting you know your tracking number and that your items have shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Because shipping can vary greatly depending on location, I request that you email me with your exact location outside the US. I will give you a shipping quote asap (no longer than 24 hours.)

If you are interested in ordering and you are outside the US, please don't be put off by this extra step.

All international packages will require insurance. I'll include this figure in the shipping quote I give you.

International buyers are responsible for all customs fees/taxes.

International packages cannot be promised by a specific date, due to possible customs delays, etc.

Additional policies and FAQs
GIFT WRAPPING - Gift Wrapping is free. Just request it in your order. Please also request if you prefer the standard red box or gray box. On some orders you will see a special wooden box is part f the order.

WARRANTY: If your purchase breaks during normal wear within the first three years, please contact me and I will make every effort to repair or replace it. Three years after purchasing your piece, I will do repairs for a reasonable fee. My goal is for you to have a piece you can wear for a lifetime.

WHOLESALE:
I will consider wholesale and consignment offers. Please do email me if you have any questions or offers.
