I love to create things--always have since being a little girl growing up in England. I would make clothes for my teddy bears, gifts for my family and just about anything.

After we moved to America, I started painting large scale canvases. Once I went off to college and then New York City, living space dictated the size of what I could create. The bottom line was that I needed to create with my hands--I had to see the colors, feel the textures and be wholly immersed in the media.

In 2004 my husband, oldest daughter and I moved to Montana to run a local, weekly newspaper. We were doing it all: writing, creating ads, taking photos...even picking up the paper at the printer to deliver it.

We started to notice that we had some amazing wildlife photography from our work so we started selling prints and cards (See photos at Pathfinder Prints on Facebook).

Three more kids later, and I then moved into making fabric items for babies and friends and realized these were selling like hot cakes.

I have found that sewing and creating is an AMAZING decompressor! I can relish in the colors and textiles, get time to myself (sometimes), and make quality, handcrafted items that people love! Also, despite taking multiple attempts, God finally got my attention that sewing is the talent he has given me to glorify him through my interactions with my fabulous clients. (Hence all my labels have my web address and the words Psalm 23:3.)

We have now moved to outside Seattle and between driving the kids around and keeping the family running, I continue to create quality handcrafted items that people love. I do hope you find something that catches your eye too!
