I purchased these for myself. Highly recommend them. Warmed up my hands in just a few minutes. My hands were nice and cozy and I was able to continue working on the computer with them on.

About

It Started with a Little Crocheted Flower

Hi, I'm Becca, Creator of PatinaMoon Handmade. I've been dreaming of opening an Etsy shop for a long time now, and I finally took the plunge!

In 2009 I started a blog, patinamoon.blogspot.com which is where I first started to find inspiration from so many other creatives and makers out there!

I became fascinated with photography and loved how I could tell my story simply through my photos with little or no words.

My other creative interests began with everything from mixed media art, photography to quilting, sewing and embroidery, so I still dabble in lots of different creative play!

In 2012 we made a big move from Las Vegas to Seattle which was around the same time I decided to learn the art of crochet. During the 3 days on the road to Seattle, I made little crocheted flowers and added them to notes we were planning to leave for our new neighbors to let them know of our arrival and of the soon to arrive moving truck (I mean EXTRA LARGE moving truck) that would temporarily invade their space. Long story short, the notes were a success, and we quickly became welcomed into our new, and wonderful neighborhood!

So, here I am now, with a hook, some yarn, a cup of coffee, and a VERY slow start to my shop, but rest assured, if you trust me to make something special for you, it will be made with love by me, with a little crocheted flower added in the package...no additional charge. ;-)
