Welcome to Patricia Ray Studio. We specialize in hand stamped jewelry, stethoscope ID rings and much more. Our collections include mother's stacking name rings, couples promise rings or wedding bands, personalized bracelets, stethoscope ID rings, and custom created necklaces.
We are currently processing orders within the 3-5 business day timeframe, however larger order days (Friday, Saturday and Sundays) may take 6 days. We do strive to answer questions within 24-48 hours but at times it may be longer if we are busy working on orders. Please be patient we are a small business but we will answer your questions.
Please message us through ETSY and not our personal email with any questions or changes to your order, as I do not check my email for customer questions often enough (and they go into out spam folder and get lost). I check my Etsy messages more often than my e-mail account.

Frequently asked questions
Can you stamp/engrave on the inside of my stainless steel ring?
At this time we are not able to stamp/engrave on the inside of our stainless steel rings.
Custom and personalized orders
Stainless Steel Rings
-We can stamp approximately 25 characters on each of the stainless steel rings, and you must count spaces as part of the 25 character limit. *
Stethoscope ID Tags
-Please see individual listing for personalization constraints.*

Font Coloring
Although we do our best to assure long lasting coloring on the ring occasionally this will need to be touched up from time to time. Please see individual listing for specifics, or contact us for details.
Sizing of your stainless steel rings
Correct sizing of the jewelry is the buyers responsibility. If you not sure of your size we do recommend being sized at a jeweler. We do not recommend using online sizing charts as they are inaccurate. If you find you ordered the incorrect size we maybe able to re-size your jewelry, however not all jewelry can be re-sized. It is our policy that a re-sizing fee of $10.00 is purchased through Etsy and shipping is at the responsibility of the buyer.
How to I place my Stethoscope Tag on my stethoscope
We provide instructions with each order with directions to a video tutorial. Most Stethoscope ID Tags are designed to be placed on the largest/widest part of your stethoscope. Please see video for specifics.

All stethoscope items are made for a universal fit and will work on all brands of stethoscopes.
