Possibly the most common question I am asked is roughly, " How do I know if I have the proper ring size and how can I be sure?" My advice is very simple. Throw away any sizers you have that will give you faulty information and tell me your best guess as to your ring size. What I like to do with my clients is a two step process. After I have posted the ring you want and you have purchased it, I send you a set of, at least three, sterling silver bands which have the exact same dimensions as the finished ring you desire. You are encouraged to wear one or more of these rings as long as you like until you determine which size is the best for you. For instance, if you think that you wear a size 6, I will send you sizes 5 1/2, 6 & 6 1/2. This way we can bracket what might be and try to nail down what really is.
You see, there are many different factors which come into play when we determine a ring size. How active are you over the course of a day? Where do you live? How hot or cold is it there right now? What extremes of weather can you reasonably expect over the next six months? What medications are you taking? The key thing is to have a ring which you can wear for at least 24 hours to determine the natural ebb and flow of your body and how that will affect the way a ring will feel over time. We all change throughout the course of a day, week and month. To have your finger sized in a jewelry store and then rely on that information forever is to greatly shortchange oneself. If all this information sounds good to you then I will post a ring for you to buy. It will be tagged with your name and I will send the listing number. Please ask any questions you may have.

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
Payment
PayPal and Etsy Direct Check out are the only accepted forms of payment. If your order will ship to an Arizona address, 8.3% sales tax will be added to your order.
Shipping
Your order will ship to the address you choose during checkout on Etsy, not to your billing (or PayPal) address. Please note: if the shipping information on your Etsy Order Confirmation is incorrect, please send me an Etsy conversation to better inform me.

The United States Postal System is my preferred method of shipping. If you require another shipper, please specify this and I will try to accommodate you. Insurance and Delivery Confirmation is included for all US orders. You'll then receive an email with your tracking number.

International shipping is inherently tricky. Please understand that my tracking capability is the same as yours. The U.S Postal system will not be responsible outside of U.S. borders and they will not help me find a misplaced package once it has left the country. Standard postal shipping can take up to three weeks for many international packages. Shipping to the UK has recently become very difficult as the Royal Mail System seems to be using outdated methods and machinery. Packages shipping into the UK will require that duties up to 25% of declared value be paid upon delivery. Dutycalculator.com can help determine your projected cost. Even with recent difficulties shipping internationally, understand that I have never had a package go missing completely.

In order to reduce waste, I try to use the smallest amount of packaging that will allow your order to arrive safely. For orders of multiple items, pieces can be gift-boxed either together or separately. Please let me know if you have a preference. Otherwise I'll use a single gift box for two items.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges within 10 days, or by special arrangement, are accepted and are processed promptly. I don't accept returns or exchanges on custom orders, however I will make adjustments to the piece; just contact me and I'll do my best to please you. No refunds on custom work, if the item is not right I will resize or remake it for you once, after that I will charge for any modifications.

Most pieces may be resized or exchanged for a different size free of cost (the customer pays return shipping) or at the cost of any added materials. Just contact me within 10 days if you need a ring resized.

I guarantee all of my work, meaning pieces may be returned, exchanged, or resized in the event of a problem, and I will cover the shipping costs by USPS First Class Mail. If for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase, contact me by email or Etsy conversation. The satisfaction of the client is of utmost importance to me so please feel free to help me please you.
Additional policies and FAQs
If an item appears to be sold out, please ask me about it. The one item that you simply must have might still be available after all, as I make molds and/or multiples of most of my pieces. Many of the items I make regularly can be modified (made in silver instead of gold, 18K instead of 14K, given a different chain or chain length, etc.).
If you are interested in custom work, please e-mail me. I enjoy working with people to create unique pieces. In my opinion, no request is too far out to at least consider. Believe me - I have made some pretty interesting items over the years, so your idea might not be so far out after all. Each of my jewelry creations is cast and fabricated entirely by me using traditional silver and goldsmithing techniques. As such, I do have two hard and fast rules of custom work: I won’t work from a picture of some other jeweler’s work and I won’t work with animal parts.
If you have any questions or comments please feel free to contact me either by Etsy Convo or my shop phone number 480.921.3141. Thank you for taking a moment to view my shop policies.
