I do not offer Refunds or Exchanges. I try very hard to accurately represent items with scans, photos and written description. Please use the Etsy ZOOM feature and convo if you wish further information. Should an occasion arise for an approved return, buyer is responsible for the return shipping expense.
Payment
Etsy now collects and remits all state sales taxes, including my home state, California, for sales within the state.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I welcome your business! If your location isn't listed, please convo and I may be able to ship to you. Because I am in the US and NOT registered for VAT, this tax is not included in my prices. Import duties, taxes/VAT/GST and any other of your country's import fees or charges ARE NOT INCLUDED in an item's price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility.

Much of my inventory comes from estate sales, garage sales, thrift shops, and the like. After purchase, they are stored in my smoke-free studio. I cannot guarantee that they have not been subject to smoke, pet or other environmental allergens, but I try to weed out that type of thing; items that are disgustingly affected by odors are not sold by PATTERN PEDDLER.
