She was able to tell me exactly when the bag would be done and when it would likely arrive, and she was correct on both accounts. It’s very well-made, and I expect it to last a long time. My favorite feature is the double zipper. The fabric crossbody strap is very comfortable. I look forward to getting a lot of use from this bag.
