Returns or exchanges for credit that do not fall under the following guidelines will be handled on a case by case basis. My goal is to have happy customers, so please convo me and we'll work something out.

Accepted payment methods

-If the item is damaged when the buyer receives it, they may send it back to me for a full refund (less shipping).

-Finished jewelry may be returned within a month for repair (if it breaks through normal use) or for a full refund.

-Because I will be listing supplies not made by me, I cannot always guarantee their durability and quality. I will try to be as accurate as I can in the listing. If you are unsatisfied with your supplies purchase, please contact me right away and I will give you a full refund as soon as you return the damaged items.
-I accept payment by Paypal, credit cards via paypal, money orders, and personal checks. All prices are in U.S. dollars, and this is the only currency I accept.

-I will not ship an item until I have received payment in full. This includes waiting for a personal check to clear.

-I will relist an item if I have not received payment within 1 week (unless the buyer has made other arrangements with me). I will send reminders to the buyer every two days.
-Shipping by USPS with delivery confirmation when available is the default method of shipping for the US and Puerto Rico. International shipments will also be sent by the most economical method. I am flexible with shipping- if you wish to use another method, please convo me and I'll be happy to work something out.

-Once a payment has been received and cleared, I will ship it by the end of the next business day. I will then send a convo with the ship time to the buyer.

-The buyer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

-It is the buyer's responsibility to request shipping insurance to protect against lost packages.

-It is the buyer's responsibility to pay all duties, customs, or VAT fees that their purchase may incur when it reaches their home country. Any customs forms will be marked "merchandise". I will not forge customs forms, please don't ask.

-I will leave feedback once the payment is received and the item shipped.

-If the buyer does not pay within a week, and does not respond to my messages, I will leave negative feedback.

-If there is any conflict between myself and the buyer, I would prefer that we resolve it via email and conversation than in the feedback section. All I ask is that we communicate. :)
