Welcome to Paul and Kate Studio!

Everything you see in our shop is hand made and one of a kind.

Please let us know if you are purchasing an item as a gift- we will be glad to include a note from you.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges

We would like you to be happy with your purchase! If for some reason you are not satisfied please convo us within five days of receiving and let us know what the problem is. An exchange or refund can be made at this time. We are willing to work with you! This MUST be done within five days of receiving your item.

Broken items: God forbid!
If for some reason your order arrives broken, we request an image of the broken item and will gladly exchange it for a replacement of similar item of equal value as soon as possible. Shipping is on us!

Payment

Your order will not be shipped until your transaction is completed and paid for.

Payment through Paypal is expected directly following check out, but we will wait 7 business days before canceling the order.
(This means that after you click that big green button that says "submit order" don't forget to click the likewise big and green button on the next page that says "pay with paypal." If you submit an order without payment, we will contact you (via your Etsy email address) with instructions on how to log back in and pay. If we don't hear from you after 7 days, the order will be canceled.)

If paying by check or money order please be aware that it will hold up your order. We will wait for the check to clear before shipping. this usually takes 3-4 days.

If you are confused in anyway about the Esty check-out process or how to use PayPal, simply contact us and we will be happy to help you.

Shipping

Shipping method:
Orders are usually shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 1-2 Business days of purchase. You will be notified when your item(s) ship.

If you’d like a shipping upgrade convo us and we will be happy to put up a special reserved listing that reflects the additional shipping price.

Additional policies and FAQs

In a effort to reduce waste we do not include a printed receipt with your package. If you would like one please request it in the "notes to seller" section at check out or send an e-mail or conversation.

Gifts!
If you are purchasing a gift that is to be sent directly to the recipient, please notify us at checkout, and let us know if you’d like us to include a simple card with the message of your choice and not include any receipts or invoices.
