The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Paul hopes that you will love your item so much so you would not need to read the below policy. However, you can return the item within 14 days after receiving date if:

Item is faulty – should not happen, every watch is checked by Paul individually. However if this does happen – Paul will certainly give all your money back.

Item is broken because of Royal Mail fault. Not to worry, we will sort out this quickly as every single parcel is insured, so you will need to fill out short report and we will give you full refund or will send you a new item!

You decided you do not like the item – it is fine. People do change their mind, maybe it was a surprise to you husband and you realised he did not deserve such a present yet. Happens… Paul will happily take your item back within 14 days of you receiving the item.

Returns are not accepted for personalised items, except if it comes broken or faulty. This is what the law says.

So in general and in simple words, by the EU law and by Paul Ven law: You have 14 days, after receiving the item to notify Paul Ven of your intention to return an item. Then you have 14 days more to ensure Paul Ven receives the item back.

How to return the item?

Please inform Paul by using return form or info [!at] Please provide Paul with your name surname, purchase details (order number, order date, reason for return). Paul will send you the return address and you just need to post the item back. Returns postage charges are paid by buyer (buyers are also responsible for custom charges (if any)), as Paul already pays to post item to you (he is not a rich man, invests everything in his shop). Item must come in same condition as posted: with not damaged retail box, manual/authentity card and, of course, brand new item as it was posted to you. After quick inspection Paul will return the money or will offer alternative (whatever you prefer).
All major cards accepted as well as Paypal. Payments are processed via Etsy payments or Paypal. Paul Ven has no access to any of your payment details (for example card details etc)
All items are posted from Paul Ven studio in London. We are using Royal Mail to post our items to you. Items will be dispatched within 1 – 2 working days after payment clearance and order confirmation. Usually within 1 working day or even same working day (if ordered in the morning), just sometimes we get really busy 😊

Postage price: Free to UK and all EU.

£6 to the rest of the world (the rest of the price is covered by Paul Ven)

Delivery timings:

UK: 1 – 2 working days after dispatching. 1 working day when choosing express delivery.

EU: 3 – 5 working days to West Europe, 4 – 8 the rest of Europe.

USA/Canada: 5 – 8 working days.

Rest of the world: 5 – 8 working days.
All items are packed carefully in recycled cardboard box and recycled plastic envelope.
All items are fully insured for loss and damaged.

Buyers are responsible for custom charges in their countries.
Please note, the above are only estimates by Royal Mail and various countries local postal service providers. Timely delivery cannot be guaranteed, however timely processing time is guaranteed! Please get in touch if you may have any questions.

Each item has tracking number and can be tracked on Royal Mail website and your local post service provider's website as long as your local postal services provide world tracking services.

Your item will be delivered by your local post service provider and will need to be signed upon delivery (as long as local postal services are able to provide registration service).

Keep in mind that delivery timings are only estimates and may vary due to seasonality (Christmas period for example, National holidays, environmental factors etc). Paul Ven cannot take responsibility of delays. Please contact your local post provider if the item is delayed.

Undelivered items – Paul Ven will issue full refund or a replacement at his own expense if the item is not delivered due to postal services fault.

Unclaimed/wrong delivery address/refused items – most of these items are posted back to Paul Ven. If that is the case you can choose redelivery or refund (if the item is not personalised, personalised items are none returnable). Please see below:

Redelivery: As per EU consumer rights you will have to cover second postage costs, which is £4.45 UK, from £9.05 to EU and from £10.55 rest of the world (the actual cost to post your item, depending on the item weight).

Refund: (If item is not personalised) You can opt for refund. The moneys (minus initial postage cost, see above for the Royal Mail prices) will be refunded to your original payment method. This covers only unclaimed and wrong delivery address parcels and does not impact your return rights.
