5 out of 5 starsBest etsy experience to date! Deborah did a amazing job recreating these earrings from a picture I sent her and they turned out gorgeous! She was kind, patient, prompt, and as detail oriented as I am while she helped complete my vision. To top it all off she wasted no time in getting my order in the mail and her pricing was completely reasonable 👌 She lifted a weight off my wedding planning shoulders for sure!

5 out of 5 starsThis ring is adorable. It is exactly as described and photographed in the listing. It sparkles nicely and is comfortable to wear. I think it will nicely complement what I have and wear. The seller checked in with me to make sure of my ring size (as I had asked about another one of a different size), which was very thoughtful. Thank you!

Sweet Sterling Creations, Handcrafted With Love
Pauper's Bounty jewelry designs are playful and feminine, with special attention paid to finishing detail, budget, and versatility. The collection showcases adorable, whimsical and slightly unusual sterling silver designs which carry over easily from work to play.
My mission is to create fine handmade accessories that are affordable yet collectible. Sterling silver is my material of choice because it is it not only beautiful, but durable. A piece left untouched for years can be revived with a drop of polish to its original splendor. I incorporate this precious metal with other resilient materials such as select vintage components, Swarovski elements, semiprecious gemstones, glass and crystal, to make unique, high-quality artisan jewelry with price points that can compare to mass-produced retail accessories.
Items labelled as “Recycled” use wire and/or other components made from recycled .925/sterling silver.
Pauper's Bounty jewellery can be found online at www.paupersbounty.com, as well as at the Blue Banana Market in Toronto, Ontario (250 Augusta Street). This business is a labor of love--the majority of my designs are made in limited quantities of 20 or fewer--and I hope you will enjoy all of my pretty accessories for literally years to come.
Fun biographical tidbits:
-(My mother loves to share this one at dinner parties:) When I was 2, I developed a serious heart condition and had to be hospitalized intermittently for about a year. I was a cranky and uncooperative patient, but the nurses discovered that they could distract me with beads. Not even a raging fever, vomiting, needles and shaky hands could stop me from beading. When I recovered, the nurses let me take their entire stash of baubles home.
-I currently hold an Hon. BSc. (Psychology Specialist) degree from the University of Toronto, and graduated from the Etobicoke School of the Arts. I also achieved my ARCT practical level for piano with the Royal Conservatory of Music. I have been practicing jewelry-making and design since I was a child, but was not brave enough to pursue it as a career until 2008.
-I currently live in east Toronto with my husband and two sons.

Frequently asked questions
Gift wrapping and packaging
Small items will come in a brown kraft box, and sent in a standard letter-size white envelope. Items that will not fit in the kraft box will be put in an organza bag. Larger orders will come in a yellow envelope.
If you require gift wrapping, there is a $3 surcharge which includes a ribbon-tied organza bag with metal charm, and optional handwritten note (up to 140 characters). To apply this option, simply select Gift Wrapping at checkout. Please inform me in your Note to Seller if you prefer that I NOT include my business card in your gift-wrapped package.
Care instructions
Sterling silver is a wonderfully low-maintenance material. If you wish to clean it, I recommend using liquid formulas specifically designed for silver (such as Hagerty's or Tarn-X, which are available at most jewelers', hardware and department stores)--they quickly restore your pieces to a bright white shine. If your item contains porous stones, shells, or freshwater pearls, be sure to apply chemicals with a Q-tip on the metal only! Sterling silver is best stored in a cool dry place; humidity will speed up oxidation (causing tarnishing), but this is easily remedied with a little silver polish or cloth.
What if I am not happy with my order?
Please contact me BEFORE leaving less than 5-stars feedback and I will review your situation on a case-by-case basis. If less than 5-stars feedback is left without reasonable explanation, I reserve the right to cancel your future orders. This is my livelihood so it is important to me that your entire buying experience is satisfactory, so please give me the chance to make that happen.
Note that I am not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, and in the event of an exchange due to an error beyond my control (ex. buyer ordered the wrong size), the buyer will be responsible for paying a re-shipping fee, as my price points are not high enough to cover double mailings.
How are shipping rates calculated?
Shipping rates reflect the actual cost of postage + 13% harmonized sales tax, online transaction fees, plus materials, delivered via Canda Post regular or Small Packet air mail (NO TRACKING for standard shipping). Non-US customers: please be aware that because my listings are in USD (even though I am located in Canada), PayPal deducts an additional conversion fee on my end for all funds received from buyers located outside the United States.
Is there tracking with regular shipping?
No, there is NO TRACKING information provided with regular shipping. This helps to control shipping costs in a competitive market, as Canada Post rates for shipping are high compared to other countries. A copy of the shipping form with customs declaration can be provided as proof of shipment upon request for US and other international buyers. If you require tracking and/or insurance, please select upgraded shipping at checkout (North America), or contact me for a quote before purchasing (international orders).
Estimated shipping times can be found in my shop's Shipping & Policies section.
Repair policy
Free, speedy repairs are available for all pieces within 30 days of purchase (UNLESS the item was broken due to negligence or abuse), however the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges, and all original parts of the piece must be included in the returned package.
Wholesale availability
I welcome small wholesale orders (large orders may be difficult to fulfill due to the limited-edition nature of many of my designs); please don't hesitate to contact me if you need more than one of an item, or have any special requests.
