We can gift wrap the package if it is requested in the notes

Do you ship outside of the US

Yes, we can currently ship to any state and any country. Please send me a message so we can set up your delivery fees on the item(s) you would like if you are an international order.

Returns and exchanges

We do not accept any returns at the moment but we will exchange your item if it was sized wrong on our part. We will not exchange an item if you selected or wrote down the wrong size

Refunds

We do not offer refunds of any kind at the moment unless your item was made at the wrong size on our part. If you selected or wrote down the wrong size we will not refund your order

Yes we do !! All of our fabrics and items are on our Instagram @pawsomeprintsco if you see something you like on there just send us a message and we will add it to the shop !!

Responding late to sizing information

If an order is placed that requires special sizing information (such as over the collar bandanas) and the information was not put in the “notes” section in checkout (as stated in the description box) then I will send a personal message two times, if I don’t hear from the customer and don’t receive the information needed (within a week since the purchase date) to make the product I will cancel your order and a refund will not be given.

My package was sent out but I never received it

I apologize for this situation but unfortunately we can not be held responsible for any packages once we ship them out.
