Returns and exchange details
Items damaged in shipping: item will be recreated and re-shipped.

All returns will be via replacement with another suitable item of the same value, or as a Gift Certificate to be redeemed within 1 year. I will do my best to satisfy you if you have a problem with the item. (No cash returns)

Custom order refunds: Item to be returned to me at buyer's expense. Gift Certificate Credit will be issued for 80% of full purchase value. (Price less the 20% non-refundable downpayment ) I retain the right to place your custom-ordered item back online for sale.
Payment
Custom portraits:
Please contact me to initiate a custom portrait.

After viewing your pet photos, I will do a rough sketch to determine the type of crop and style you want. Once you approve a rough sketch of your pet, I require a 20% non-refundable deposit. When completed, I will send a digital copy to you for your approval. The remaining balance will be required at time of completion. I do my best to turn work quickly (within a week), and I will try to accommodate any special circumstances.
Shipping
I ship in USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes.
Insurance up to $100.00 included. Appropriate Fee will be added to shipping for higher values. All purchases will include a confirmation of delivery for my records.

Can be upgraded to Fed Ex.
