-Shipping overseas can take 2-3 months, please consider purchases tracked shipping.

If it's a large order, it might take more time; I will charge 20$ rush fee for rushed orders(rush on production. Again I don't control delivery). I am the SOLE owner and employee. I make everything by hand so big orders will take more time. If you need any order done by a specific time, message me first to see if I can do it. . Refunds and exchanges are done on a case-by-case basis. Please send me a photo of your damaged item. If there is a mistake on your order or cancellation, let me know within two days otherwise you will encur a restock fee.
-if you are local to the metro Vancouver area, I do free curbside pickup!
For wholesale inquiries- minimum 20 pieces of the same type of candle. Minimum 6 week lead time.
PLEASE READ ALL/POSTAGE OVERAGES: Due to high frequencies of packages at the post office, I will not be liable for late packages. If package is lost or stolen, contact the post office first. It is YOUR job to make sure your address is correct and that you understand what shipping method you're choosing. Please note USPS is having issues with delays, it could take 4-6 weeks to receive your package which is out of my hands.

SHIPPING OVERAGES: Etsy does an annoying thing that they charge shipping per item instead of like a package price? Which is SUPER annoying. If you're buying a bunch of stuff, contact me and see if I can package it together and then I can refund you shipping overages.

I'm 50, and these 2oz candles are the best Valentine's Day presents I've gifted in the past 25 years. They are delicate. They smell amazing. The detail is exquisite, and the artistry is gentle (not gaudy, perfect amount of decoration) and careful. The color is perfect. They are beautiful to simply look at. They were a total hit. ✌🏻
