Not only did I get my keychain, but they left this adorable drawing of Koraidon on their thank you card. It was a delightful surprise and now sits along the board of my other keychains because I love the little doodle so much :)

An item is out of stock! Will it be restocked?
Feel free to message me about any items that are currently out of stock. Chances are, if the listing is still up, I will be restocking them at some point in time.
When will my order arrive?
International orders generally take between 8-25 business days depending on geographical distance from Australia. Please keep this in mind when ordering if you have a date you need your items by! If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery timeframe, please drop me a message and I can investigate the situation with the courier.
Can I add/remove items from my existing order?
If you would like to add or remove items from an order you have already made, please contact me. As long as your items have not been shipped out, I can cancel and fully refund the order for you, then you may make another order with the correct amounts. Please note that the refund will take a few days to process back into your account.
Unfortunately this is the best solution as there is no direct method with Etsy's current system.
Why does the flat side of my charm appear a little worn?
All epoxy-coated acrylic charms come with a plastic seal covering the flat side of the charm and it is sometimes laid out unevenly during manufacturing which could cause it look that way. When you peel off this seal, the charm should still be brand new underneath! :)
