PAYMENT: I prefer PayPal. I will accept a personal check or a money order, but I will not ship your item(s) until check has cleared. It is appreciated if items are paid for in a timely manner. If an item has not been paid within 3 days of purchase, the sale will be cancelled, the item relisted and negative feedback will be left.
SHIPPING: I use USPS Priority Mail (2 - 3 days) and First Class Mail (2 - 5 days). Weekends and holidays don't count as business days in case you're wondering!

I normally ship within 3 to 4 business days of receipt of payment. Custom orders normally ship within one week, but this also depends on the size of the order. Convo me to discuss a time frame for custom orders. I am not responsible for post office delays and lost or damaged mail.

I ship to the address on the etsy transaction receipt. Please be sure your correct address is entered. Many times a customer's Paypal address and ship to address differ.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns are not accepted unless the item has been misrepresented to you either in the photo or the description. I am more than happy to work with an unhappy customer to make an exchange or simply fix something that the customer is unhappy with.
