Damaged Items

We're sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than perfect condition!

You have 5 days from when your package is scanned as delivered to inform us of any damages. Please provide us with images of the damages so that we may start a claim with the postal service. In the meantime, please send us an email or message so we can replace the item for you, if possible.

Packaging & Invoices

When your order is packaged, we keep the planet in mind- please expect minimal packaging (outside of materials needed to prevent damages during shipping). We also do not print invoices or order receipts- if you need us to specify which items are in your order, please let us know.

Lost Packages

If your item is lost by USPS during transit and tracking information is never marked as delivered (and you never receive the item), we will replace the item. First you must contact USPS to determine if the item is indeed lost.

Packages are not considered lost until 12 business days (Monday-Friday; No Holidays) have passed with no tracking updates.

If the tracking information is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you will need to open a lost package case with USPS. Unfortunately, as a small business we cannot offer a refund as the tracking information shows the item as being "delivered." If you would like to have your item replaced, please provide us proof that USPS has closed the missing package case.

Are your crystals and sage ethically sourced?

Yes, each crystal vendor we source our crystals from is known for fair-trade, sustainable mining, and being eco/consumer-friendly unless otherwise stated. The sage we sell is ethically sourced and sustainably harvested.

Returned Packages

We are not responsible if your package is returned to us by USPS due to misdelivery, incorrect address information, or "recipient not available." The customer is responsible for reaching out to us to arrange redelivery and for paying the postage cost to have the item reshipped. Returned packages are held in our possession for 45 days until they are processed back into our inventory. After packages are returned to our inventory they will not be refunded or resent and items must be purchased again.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We do not offer gift messages or gift wrapping. We fulfill orders outside of Etsy and are unable to see order notes. If your order is a gift, rest assured it will not come with any invoice, receipts, or prices on the product.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is Out-of-Stock, we encourage you to check our website: peachandpixie.com. We split our stock between our website and Etsy, so sold out items may still be available on our other website.

Care instructions

All orders are shipped with a small card that includes a QR code for you to scan with your smartphone. Once you scan the QR code, it will direct you to all our links. There you will see a link to our Pinterest with information on how to care for, charge and cleanse your crystals.

Natural Stones

This is just a reminder that the crystals we sell are natural stones (unless otherwise specified), meaning they will vary in color/pattern, and size. Mother Earth does not make duplicate crystals and no two stones are alike- please keep this in mind as not all crystals will resemble the photos.
