Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
Feel free to contact me and ask about custom orders! While I might not be able to turn all of your ideas into snail mail kits, some of them I can. Pricing varies depending on the theme you want.
How quickly will my order ship?
I typically ship out orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. If you place your order in the morning on a shipping day it will typically get shipped out the same day. If for any reason I'm not able to ship your order out in the estimated time, I will give you a free shipping upgrade so that it will still come in time.
