My name is the Peaches, and I'm a fiber addict.
I've been artsy as long as i can remember. My dad got me a playskool easel for my 3rd birthday and i just never stopped. He passed away two months later and i've always liked the idea that i'm honoring his memory in my creating. i've dabbled in drawing, painting, mixed media, collage, scrapbooking, jewelry, crochet, knitting, but I taught myself to needle felt 4 years ago and never stopped. i can't explain the bliss i feel when i'm just sitting in my chair felting away, and when the newest creation is finished i get so happy, but there's something better. The BEST part about doing this is knowing that somewhere in the world, people are enjoying the creations i've come up with. nothing is happier to me than loving something, and knowing someone else loves it just as much as i do.

We have 4 cats, but Cosmo is the most frequent assistant. She always lords over my sewing, and frequently checks in to make sure i'm staying on track.
Shop policies
Needle Felting is a soft sculpture process. You start with loose fluffy roving wool, then poke it with special barbed needles. This weaves the wool fibers together. The more you poke, the more they pack down, and you can shape and mold the wool. Then you add on layers of color for detail with more poking, and eventually, you have a needle felter!
