Most of my days creating including many, many breaks to tend to this little one. I'm so grateful for the flexibility.
My Story
In seeking more freedom to express myself, a few years ago I began exploring various art forms. I have dabbled in all types of dance, glassblowing, pottery, painting, calligraphy, music, drawing, baking, and woodworking. Each medium has helped shaped my style, technique, and skill. All of these experiences come together to form Peach or Plum.
I spent a year studying art in Ecuador under the guidance of a magnificent calligrapher and painter, and spent the following summer living in my car as I explored the beautiful deserts of the good ol' USA. These adventures, paired with my desire to capture the world as I perceive it, serve as the inspiration to my visual and conceptual vocabulary.
Through my illustrations I hope to bring a little bit of the inspiration & natural beauty that exists in the world into the spaces we spend most of our hours in.
