Do I take custom request for an item listed in my shop?

1) Most of my items come with the option to customize to a certain degree without any additional cost. (for example, I can usually change the color scheme of flowers, swap out a metal label for flowers, add a ribbon or create dividers in your color scheme etc.) To request changes such as these just make a note of it in the message box during the checkout process. If you forget to note your customization information in the notes section please send me a convo with this information immediately! Feel free to message me with any questions regarding customizing your order. FYI, Recipe Dividers are available in really any color schemes but patterns will vary.

Can you Create a Custom Item just for me?

2) Sometime...if you have a special request please just send me a convo with information about what you are wanting and I will let you know what I can do!

How Long Will It Take You To Create My Order?

3) All items in my shop are handcrafted once the order is placed. So allowing approx. 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase for your order to be created is ideal. But that time frame may vary depending on time of year and currently production flow.
I always try to leave a few rush order slots open each week to fit in last minute orders as needed :) A rush order is any order that needs to ship with in 1 week of purchasing to insure it arrives in time. There is currently no extra charge for rush orders. Just contact me letting me know the exact date you must receive your order by and I will let you know if possible.

Returns and exchange details
I Tracked My Package and it Shows Delivered but I Never Received it. What Should I Do?

1) All of our packages are shipped USPS which comes with $50 of insurance. If your package shows "delivered" but you did not receive it please contact your post office immediately to file a claim. Since we are not the ones actually delivering the order we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you wish to add additional insurance to your order please contact us for a quote.

My Order Arrived Damaged. What should I do?

2) We make sure to package your order with as much protection as possible. (bubble wrap/heavy duty plastic bags/adding additional stuffing as needed) But unfortunately once it leaves here it will be up to your local postal service to handle with care during the delivery processes. And 99.9% of the time items are delivered without problems. :) But in that rare instance that your order arrives damaged please let me know asap (a picture is great) and then file a claim with your post office immediately. Each order comes with $50 of insurance. They will usually process your claim and issue a refund within a couple of weeks.
If the damage was not caused by the postal service....I will work with you to correct the problem or in some rare situations a refund may be given.

Do You Accept Returns & Offer Refunds?

3) We always want our customers to be 100% happy and we will work with each customer to try and resolve any questions or concerns. Refunds are given on a case by case basis. Please contact me to discuss a refund or exchange if needed.
Once You Have Shipped My Order How Long Will It Take For Me To Receive It?

1) I ship USPS Priority Mail. Once the order ships, it generally takes 2-5 business days to arrive. But I have no control over the mail one is leaves my hands. It will be up to your local postal service to deliver in a timely manor :)

An upgrade to 1-2 DAY EXPRESS MAIL may be needed to insure your order arrives in time. Just send me your zip code and item(s) your are interested in for a express mail price quote.

Do you accept international orders?

2) If you are located outside the US please contact me letting me know which items you are interested in and I will send you a shipping price quote. Please be specific....shipping quotes are based on the weight of your order. And make sure to allow plenty of time for your order to arrive. International orders can take 2-8 weeks to arrive depending on customs. Most international orders are shipped the most economical way. But if you prefer Priority Mail just let me know. All orders shipped outside the US may have duty or tax fees that your country might charge you. These are fees that we cannot quote you for and that we will not be held responsible for. Please purchase accordingly and cautiously - be aware that you might have to pay duty or tax fees upon accepting your order. We charge actual shipping fees ONLY!
