Returns and exchange details
There are no refunds after we have e-mailed out your digital file. We will gladly issue a refund if we have not sent you your custom design.
Shipping
We will ship out (e-mail) your custom product 2-3 days after you make a purchase, as long as we are provided with the information necessary (i.e., event date, location, etc.) to customize your order. You may send any of the information requested, as described in the "Item Info" section on the "Notes to Seller" section upon checkout, or by sending me an Etsy Conversation. Please be on the look out for Conversation updates in case I see you're missing information, to clarify items, or to approve proofs for physically shipped products. If you do not provide us with the necessary information within the 2-3 day time frame, the shipping of your product will be delayed.

Why are Digital Invitations listed as being shipped?
Unfortunately, there are limitations for us sellers in Etsy. I list my products as "physical" items even though they are digital because otherwise I wouldn't be able to customize your product first before sending it to you via e-mail.
With other shops, Instant Downloads will download the product immediately, and you can edit it, but you are limited to those edits. This is why I like to make all the edits my customers request, because I do have the flexibility of changing colors of everything, and not just the font, adjusting the design to accommodate more text, or even switching an invite from a 4x6 to 5x7! In any case, our products clearly state in the description in caps whether the listing is for a "PHYSICAL" or "DIGITAL" purchase.
Can you make me matching products like Thank You cards?
Certainly! I don't have every product I've ever made listed in our shop, but I do make many types of products like labels, stickers, pennant banners, centerpiece toppers, cupcake toppers, and more! So if you want more products to match an invitation design, let me know!
When will you respond to my message?
I usually respond really quickly since I get the alerts on my phone, but in any case you can expect a reply within 24 hours.
Can I cancel my order?
For digital products, as long as we have not e-mailed you the file, we can issue a full refund.
For physical products, we work with you through Etsy conversations to get approvals on your proofs and wait until you confirm you're ready for us to print! As long as we have not printed anything, we will issue you a full refund.
Can you make me a sample before I purchase?
I do not make samples/proofs for any digital products I have listed on my shop, as this speeds up my turn around process. You can always reach out to me, however, for extensive edits or custom items, which will likely result in a proof.
For items that are to be printed, you will always receive a proof for review and approval to proceed with printing.
