Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I will happily exchange wood or knitting products that fail to meet my high standards, I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please let me know if something arrives in poor condition, or if during normal use something fails to meet your expectations and I will do my best to work with you to make you happy.

Unfortunately I cannot accept masks for exchange due to safety.
Payment
I accept PayPal and etsy pay options.
Shipping
I charge fairly for shipping, as close to the actual shipping costs as I am able to with Etsy's guidelines, with insurance, and padded envelopes to make sure that your items arrive undamaged. If you would like to purchase many sets of stitchmarkers, please be sure to convo me before you purchase so that I can set up a package for you, as Etsy's fee structure doesn't allow an easy method of doing this (if you buy more than a couple of sets, the fee structure is way too high for what is fair, and I would rather charge as close to actual shipping as possible for you).



For shipping to the UK: It looks as though shipping for stitch markers will be about $5 US for first class shipping. I can do faster, but sadly they charge a ton.

If you are international I can totally ship to you, just convo me with your info and I'll calculate your shipping.
