The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I take great pride in my work and customer service. If you are not happy with your purchase and feel the need to return an item, please contact me. Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your purchase. It must be returned in the original package and in the original condition that it was sent to you. You as the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once I receive the item I will refund your original purchase price, minus shipping. Custom orders are not returnable. Payment
Paypal is the preferred method of payment, however I will accept money orders as well as personal checks. No item will be shipped before payment is received. Be advised that all checks must clear before your items will be shipped and this may take anywhere from 5-10 days. Checks & money orders can be sent to the address you get during checkout.
Shipping
I appreciate my purchases arriving promptly so I will mail yours out promptly as well. I ship Monday through Friday. As mentioned above, payment by a check or money order will delay shipment.
