Returns and exchanges
If for some reason you are not pleased with your purchase, or feel it is not as described, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving it. If it is postmarked within 7 days of receiving it, and is returned in the same condition it was shipped, you will be refunded the full price of the item, less shipping. Regrettably, neither the original shipping cost nor your return shipping cost is refundable.
Custom orders are made-to-order and are therefore *not* returnable.

I prefer Pay Pal. Money Orders are also accepted.

Shipping
Most of the items are made to order, unless otherwise stated in our listing and leave our studio within 1-4 days by usps or ups(*custom orders and international customers--please allow more time for delivery*) in our special gift box.
I'm not responsible for lost, stolen or misplace packages, I HIGHLY recommend you purchase insurance for the package… (please convo me if you need to purchase insurance)
TO ALL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We have no control over the USPS handling of packages once they are shipped. As such, we will not take any responsibility for late arrivals, missing, lost, stolen or damaged items. Insurance is highly recommended for over $50 of purchase for all international buyers. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks to reach you.

-All jewelry is carefully packaged with anti-tarnish Ziploc bags and placed in organza pouches. No need for giftwrapping, it's a ready-to-go gift!
All products are shipped in bubble mailers for protection.
-Most of our jewelry pieces can be made into sterling silver, oxidized silver or 14k gold filled materials. Please inquire about customizing to different choice of metals and gemstones.
-Most of our necklaces are adjustable in length. Please inquire if you need shorter or longer length.
-Wholesale orders and custom designs are always welcome!!
-If you see something in the shop but can't afford it right now. Email me, I can create a payment plan that fits your budget. :)
