I love all of my items and I want them to make you happy just as they make me happy producing them. I''ll do my best to ensure that you're satisfied with your purchase.
Returns and exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for some reason, you can return the item in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. Please convo me first to let me know. Unfortunately the shipping charges can not be refunded.
Payment
I currently accept payments through Paypal. With this option, you may use your Credit Card even if you don't a Paypal account.

Please make your payment within 3 days or contact me if you need more time. However, if I don't hear from you within 3 days, I will cancel the transaction.

Bank transfers from Turkish banks are accepted. Please contact me for my bank details.
Shipping
I'll ship the purchased items by Turkish registered air mail with delivery confirmation number within 2 business days after receipt of full payment. Mostly I ship the next day.
Please note that the shipping time is 2-3 weeks to USA and Canada; 7-10 days to Europe.

All international customers will be responsible for all customs fees incurred in shipping to their countries.

Please be aware that my "shipping" prices also include "Packaging" costs.
