•Process for Custom Orders: Save-the-Dates & P.S. Party Simplified Listings•

(1) Decide on the custom item(s) you would like, then contact me (using the link in the menu at right) so that I can set up a reserved listing for you. In your message to me, please include the quantity, personalization details, and color choice if needed.

(2) Within 1-3 days of receiving your message, I will set up a reserved listing for you. That listing will include photos of your custom item and a complete description of your order. (Personal contact information on invitations, etc. will be omitted in the public photos, where applicable; the photos will also be sent via a conversation on Etsy.)

(3) If everything looks good, then you approve it by purchasing that reserved listing. Upon the receipt of your purchase and payment, I will complete the order then ship it to you.

Please allow a total processing time of 1-3 weeks before shipment for custom invitations, favors and tags. Save-the-dates may take up to 1 month, depending on the quantity ordered and special-order supplies needed. I will provide you with the approximate completion time when I set up the reserved listing. Rush orders are also available for an additional fee.

I accept PayPal and major credit cards. You are NOT required to have a PayPal account to buy with a credit card.

Pennsylvania residents will be charged 6% sales tax upon checkout.

Your order will not be processed until payment is received.


All items are shipped in a moisture-resistant bubble mailer with a cardboard piece inside to help resist bending. Larger orders are carefully packaged in an appropriately-sized box.

Items are shipped by USPS First-Class Mail. Rates are based on approximate weight of the item.

If you order multiple items and your total shipping cost amounts to $5 or more, you will automatically be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail.

You may upgrade your shipping for expedited delivery. Please contact me for rates & details before your purchase.

By default, items are not insured when they are shipped. If you would like to purchase insurance, please say so in the “comments” section when ordering and I will send you an invoice for the extra cost of insurance for shipping via PayPal.

Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.

P.S. Pearl Stationery gladly welcomes customers from outside the U.S.! If you are an international customer, please contact me with the items you would like to purchase ahead of time. I will put them on reserve for you and find out your options for shipping (cost, time to deliver, if insurance is available, etc.) for your order. Please keep in mind that there may also be any duty/custom fees billed to you that are not included in the shipping price. only processes orders in US dollars. PayPal will take care of converting from your country's currency to US dollars.
