I accept payment primarily through PayPal. You can pay with a regular credit card THROUGH the PayPaI service without setting up a PayPal account. Do not worry if you are new to this; PayPal and Etsy provide a very easy and user-friendly service for quick and secure payment; you will be guided through the process online at time of payment.
I can reserve an item for you for up to 5 days; that is, if you know you want an item but can't pay yet, I will change the listing to be reserved for you only. If, after 5 days, I haven't received payment or made special arrangements with you, I will publicly relist the item. Please only ask me to reserve an item if you know you will be buying it within the 5 days.
I also have "other" listed as a possible payment method; this is designed for local customers who have already arranged with me to pay on pick-up. Please only select "other" method of payment if we have already set something up together. If you're interested in learning more about local purchase options, send me a convo.
All items ship from Edinburgh, Scotland, via Registered Royal Mail, and they all ship FREE! That's right, I offer permanent free local and international shipping on all your Pearlswirl orders, large or small.
If you prefer a more speedy or insured shipment, please contact me before you buy or in the message to seller box at checkout to arrange a shipping upgrade, then wait for a revised PayPal invoice.
I always ship within three business days (Monday-Saturday) after payment has been received, although it's usually closer to one day.
I will ship to the address listed with the method of payment. Please indicate in "Message to seller" if you would like your jewelry sent to a different address.
