Not-Your-Typical Online Card Shop
Each of my designs has been inspired by real-life celebrations held by family and friends, as well as holiday family photos that spark new photo card design ideas. I spend hours layering backgrounds and textures from my personal photo library with the perfect combination of fonts to bring you the most unique invitation and holiday photo card designs you'll find anywhere.
The best part? The design process continues even after you place your order and I begin personalizing your card. I input all of your special messaging, event information and color requests into the template, and then tailor the layout to perfectly surround your specific wording and content ensuring the entire design looks like it was created just for you.
I hope the care and thought that goes into my designs brings a smile to your face and leaves you with a nostalgic memento to look back on in years to come.

:: To begin your custom order for any listing, simply:
1. Add the printable listing of your choice to your cart.
2. Leave me your details in the note to seller section at checkout (colors, card size, wording).
3. You will receive a proof within 24–48 hours.
4. Upon final approval, I will send you a high resolution printable file that you can print anywhere you choose.
Turn around time for your design is 2–3 business days after a listing is purchased. For faster design turnaround, please include all the information in your order in the "Note to seller" section or in an email to lrowland [!at] peartreespace.com. I will always get back to you in the current turnaround, so if you don't hear from me, check your spam folder OR email or convo me through etsy again to make sure your email didn't get sent to my spam folder or just got lost. I cannot be held responsible for lost e-mail. If you haven't heard from me via e-mail within 24 hours, please convo me through etsy and check your convos for my response.
I will do a reasonable number of revisions (2-4). After that, each round of revisions will cost an extra $5. Each round of revision can take up to 24 hours to turnaround so please check your card carefully for errors and try to send all changes at once. That way I can send you your final product as fast as possible. Once I design one card and complete any changes, if you want to see a different design with your personal details, you will need to make an additional purchase of the new design.

We charge sales tax to all puchases made by NY State addresses as required by law.
Please select "other" as your payment method & wait for a revised invoice or follow the instructions in the transaction notice you receive by email after checkout.
Any quote provided by Pear Tree Space is valid for 30 days. If you request a quote and do not purchase the item(s) within 30 days, Pear Tree Space reserves the right to revise pricing without notice.
Pear Tree Space will not begin customizing or printing until payment is made and has been cleared. Keep this in mind when choosing an ECheck through Paypal. EChecks usually take 3-4 business days to clear.
Once a final design proof is approved, I will send you a high-res JPEG file within 24 hours that you can use to print right away. PLEASE SPECIFY if you will be printing these on your home printer or if you will be sending it to a print shop to have them produced. IF PRINTING FROM HOME: I will set up the file to print 2 cards on an 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of paper with a 1/8" bleed all around and crop marks for easy trimming. For 3rd party printing I will simply send you a high-res file to the exact dimensions.
Refunds and Exchanges
I cannot stress enough the importance of double proofing your design. Mistakes can sometimes get past me after sitting in front of my computer for hours at a time. I will not refund any design—digital or printed once approved by you. Please remember that the color of the final product may vary slightly due to differences in monitor color settings and the variety of printing processes.
If you are unhappy with the quality of your product, please contact me before leaving feedback. I will be happy to work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please only send me the photo that you would like used in your design as an attachment to an email to lrowland55 [!at] gmail.com. Feel free to ask me questions regarding the quality of your photo. They should be at least 300 DPI. If, after receiving your photo, I determine that it will be blurry, or will not fit in the parameters of the design, etc., I will let you know and ask that you send another. After finalizing your design, requests for photo changes will incur an additional charge. If you are interested, I can also convert your images to black & white or sepia tone for free. Please include this request in the note to seller section.
Please note: It is illegal for me to use images that are copyrighted or watermarked without the permission of the photographer. **By sending me photos, you agree that you are either the copyright holder or have permission from the copyright holder to use the photos and I will not be held liable for any misuse of copyrighted images.**
Often times, I may use a photo submitted to display sample invitations in my shop.
If you do not want me to use your photo, just let me know. **ALSO: Duplication of my designs, elements, descriptions, or original wording is strictly prohibited. Clipart and elements purchased by me, retain the rights of their original owner.
My designs are one-of-a-kind and created as a high resolution file. Your photos will turn out best if they are also a high resolution. Camera phone photos are not recommended! I will not be responsible for pictures being blurry. Thank you.
Please take your time in proofreading ALL designs and rounds of revisions VERY carefully. Once a final proof has been approved by you and your item has printed, Pear Tree Space is not responsible for any errors. If a reprint of the item is required, the cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.
ALSO, I highly recommend having a sample card of your design printed before having ALL of them printed. If the colors don't turn out the way you had in mind, I will be happy to adjust them and send you a new proof, but I WILL NOT refund money for cards you already printed. Colors vary based on your computer monitor and your photo processor, so printing a sample is strongly recommended!
