Every item you find in my shop was dreamed up and created by me in my home based workshop. I've been crafting, using and selling my scented wares from home and around my family since 2000.
Payments accepted through Paypal and Etsy Direct Checkout. Money orders not accepted. Pennnsylvania residents are charged 7% sales tax.

I'll try to help you sort out miss-delivered packages and stolen packages with advice and by directing you to the appropriate forms to fill out with USPS. However, I will not be held financially responsible for the replacement or refund of confirmed deliveries to your requested address.
In the USA to protect yourself against mail theft on orders shipped to USA addresses you can purchase the signature confirmation shipping upgrade linked below. This way your mail carrier will leave you a notice to go to your local PO to sign and pick up your package. If it in not convenient to go to the PO to sign for a package, you could consider having your package shipped to your work place or a friend.
International customers, I am not responsible for customs fees and duties on international shipments. It is the customer's responsibility to pay those. If an international shipment is not claimed at customs and is returned to me I'll make an attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. If a response is not received within 5 business days I'll issue a refund for purchase price of the product minus shipping charges.
International customers if you'd like to add an extra level of security to your order by purchasing insurance or registered mail service for your shipment please check with me in advance. Include your shipping address and the items you wish to purchase. I'll respond with the cost of those shipping upgrades. The USPS has rules about what countries, shipping containers and which mail services it offers these extra services for.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not generally offer refunds for damaged items. Honestly by the time you pay to ship it back to me it would end up costing you money. If you are not satisfied with the items you purchase please let me know. Though I will not be taken advantage of I am a very fair person. If you explain the situation (include pictures if needed) I can usually come up with a reasonable solution that is agreeable to both parties with in 24 hours. Life happens; I've been in business for many years and am comfortable servicing any issues that arise.
