Custom and personalised orders
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a fault or mistake made on our part. Please double check spelling and wording before placing your order.
Buyers are responsible for inputting the correct delivery address when placing an order. If a mistake has been made please contact us ASAP before it has been dispatched and we will amend the address.
If the item has been dispatched to an incorrect address it is the buyers responsibility to pay postage costs to re-deliver the item.
Delivery
UK Orders
All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail 2nd Class. There is an option at checkout to upgrade your delivery to either Royal Mail 1st Class or Next Day Special delivery.
International Orders
All International orders are shipped using International Tracked.
Buyers are responsible for custom and import taxes. We are not responsible for any delays in relation to customs.
