Returns and exchange details
Everyone should be happy with my items! If by any chance you are displeased with your purchase, please consider contacting me immediately prior to leaving neutral or negative feedback as it is my hope that any issue you might have will be completely resolved to your satisfaction. You have a deadline of 7 days to notify me a problem by email after receiving your item, I will make every attempt possible to ensure that your transaction with me is completely positive!
Refunds or exchanges will be arranged upon the receipt of the return. Returned items should be in their new and unused conditions.
Please remember that every handmade piece is unique and made to order so each one will look slightly different than another. The image colors may appear slightly different on your computer monitor than in its original color.
LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS
Lost items: If a package seems to have been lost in transit, I will work with the shipping provider first to determine the whereabouts of the package. This process can take up to a week. If the shipping provider cannot locate the package, I will file a claim with the shipping company, and will ship a replacement item to the client as soon as possible.
Damaged items: I will gladly replace any item that arrives damaged or defective. Please contact me as soon as you receive the item and let me know if the item has arrived in imperfect condition, and I will have a replacement shipped to you as soon as possible.
Payment
I accept payment by PayPal and Credit Card.
I ship pillows only after payment has cleared. If you're new to Etsy, the entire payment information can be found here: https://www.etsy.com/help/article/361?ref=help_search_result. If you have further questions about the checkout process, please contact me so that I can assist you with the payment process.
CANCELLED ORDER
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, I may allow the cancellation but charge a restocking fee for the pillows. The restocking fee will depend on the cost of the pillows in question.
Shipping
For pillows, they will be sent in a compressed package and need time to recover. Give about 1-2 days, they will become normal. If you see some wrinkles around the corner or edge area, just open the zipper and fluff it out to make it pop. You will have a perfect pebble now! Enjoy!
To clean the pillows, follow these steps:
Machine wash with speed wash cycle in cold water with non-chlorine bleach detergent or without detergent.
Machine dry with Perm. Press cycle for 30 minutes.
Machine dry with Air Dry cycle for 40 minutes.
If you want to save some energy, just leave them outdoors for about 5 hours and let Mother Nature do the job for you.

1 Can't see the tracking status online?
This usually happens when the order is newly shipped. The shipping company normally needs another business day to update the tracking records online. Please be a little bit patient. If you still can not track your order after another business day, please contact me asap, I will help you to check what's going on.
2 Tracking status shows the order arrives at your location, but no one to deliver it?
Please firstly check whether you have missed calls or whether there is note left in your mail box or near the door by the shipping company. If you are in a hurry, you can also directly call the shipping company by the phone number in their official website to see whether they can arrange an earlier delivery.
3 Tracking status shows delivered, but receive nothing?
Please firstly check the areas of your living place where the shipping company often leaves the packages while you are not available. Secondly, you can call the shipping company and make a confirmation where they delivered the parcel. But above all, you can contact me, I will help you to check the issue to my best.
