Accepted payment methods

We warmly accept Paypal and personal checks. With Paypal, we expect payment within 24 hours of purchase. On the other side of the spectrum, items bought with personal checks will NOT be shipped until payment has been cleared in OUR bank account. But, after that happens, you should be good to go!
:: General Information ::
-First, and foremost, your shipping fee is provided within the price of the item. This covers United States Priority shipping or First Class, depending on the weight of the item. If you need something besides that, please refer to our later sections.
-We ship Monday through Friday, and we ship usually on the day or the day after payment. (The deciding factor is, of course, the time in which you ordered. If ordered before 11:00 a.m., then it should be shipped on the same day. The same cannot be said for an order after 11:01 a.m.) The only exception to this day, or next day, effort is if you're paying with a personal check.
-We also reserve the right to delay shipping if, for one reason or another, we deem it needed. But that is a rarity and will only happen if some personal malfunction occurs. We will, however, take it upon ourselves to notify you if such happens!

:: Upgrades ::
-If you do chose to upgrade to Express Mail, please know that we will ask for additional $20 to cover the extra fee. If your order is an international delivery, we will ask for roughly an additional $50. We reserve the right to modify that cost, depending on the weight of your item.

:: Insurance ::
In terms of insurance, we will provide shipping insurance for anything over the price of $50. If you would like insurance on anything below that price limitation, please let us know. We will gladly accommodate your request!

:: Confirmation ::
With every item over $50 purchased, we will ship it with Delivery Confirmation. That way, you can know where your package is and when it will arrive in your area!

:: International Customs ::
International deliveries are sometimes quite tricky. But, we will work our hardest to make sure you receive your item safely. If your item is an international delivery, we will ship it with Priority Mail International unless an Express Mail International request is made.

If you live in Conway, Arkansas, or the surrounding areas, we will be more than happy to skip the shipping process and do a personal delivery. Notify us upon purchase by sending us an Etsy conversation message with the time and location you prefer. We'll try to accomodate you!
Refunds and Exchanges
:: General Information ::
In the event of a refund, exchange, or damaged item, please keep in close communication with us. Notify us as soon as you have a need for any of these requests, and we will gladly work through the kinks to make sure you are satisfied.

:: Time Limitations ::
Any items CANNOT be exchanged or refunded after seven days of purchasing.

:: Exchanges ::
Exchanges will only occur on items of equal value, if not the exact same item. This, however, cannot be said for any product that is an original. Upon the request of an exchange, please know that we will expect the unwanted item to be shipped back to us at your expense. As soon as we receive our product, we will deliver your exchange.

:: Refunds ::
If you chose to refund an item, please notify us of your decision as soon as possible. From there, we will discuss methods of swapping your money for our product.

:: Damages ::
If an item is discovered to be damaged upon delivery, please notify us immediately. From there, we will do whatever it takes to assure your satisfaction with the situation.

:: Losses ::
If for one reason or another an item is never shipped to you, please notify us within two weeks of the purchasing. From there, we will discuss the possibilities of refunding your money or any other desired solution.
Additional policies and FAQs
:: Custom Orders ::
If our work tickles your fancy, and you have an idea for a product you'd like to see us do for you, then please let us know. We would definitely love to work with you to make something you'd love! However, we do have a policy on not rendering non-original characters. So, sadly, we won't be painting Goku from Dragonball Z or drawing Jack Skellington from Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas for you. Other then that, we're game for anything you throw at long as it's legal and within reason. (We just take the fun out of everything, don't we!?) Also, it's important to note that we will take creative liberty to make adjustments to your idea as we see needed, but we will definitely notify you when something has to change.

:: Photographic Color ::
Just as a heads up, as this is pretty standard with all photography, the colors depicted in the advertised pictures are slightly lighter than the real color. It's not much of a difference, so what you see is practically what you get!
