Welcome to Peebs And Roo! We hope you enjoy our shop as we enjoy creating things just for you! Take a look around and have fun!

Accepted payment methods

Payment
We accept PayPal, checks, and money orders.

Please make out checks and money orders to Adrienne Hernandez.

If a payment is made by check or money order, the order will NOT be shipped until the check or money order has been cleared.

Any orders that are purchased in Texas will be taxed 8 1/4% by law.


All payments must be received within 5 days of purchase or the order will be cancelled. If you choose to do so, please cancel the order within the 5 days so we can relist the item(s).
Shipping
We ship through USPS on Tuesdays and Fridays.

We are now shipping internationally. However, due to extensive research, we will NOT be able to ship to Italy or Spain due to many customs regulations. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will only be accepted if:
1) the packaging is unopened OR if the product has been damaged during the shipping process

2) the tag must NOT be removed from any product this applies to

3) the product(s) have NOT been used

You MUST contact us within 10 business days upon receipt of the product(s). You can also request for an exchange. When we receive the product, the new one will be mailed out. NOTE: If the item is discontinued, you may choose another item of equal value.
