I will accept items for exchange or refund within 5 days after receipt.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and item must be returned in the same condition it was sent.

Some items are ready to ship. Others are made to order.

If the product is not ready I will ship within 3-7 days.
I will send packages via 1st class via poste italiane.
Shipping within Europe takes 4-6 working days ,while the worldwide shipping takes around 5-14 days.
If you need an insured or trackable mail (international signed for small packet)please contact me before the purchase!
In this case I will charge an extra of 7.00 euros about.
Packages sent to countries outside the European Union are occasionally delayed by customs, this is out of my control and I request that you this eventuality into the delivery time.
