Returns and exchanges
Customer service is my first priority. I want you to be happy with your items! Please view all photos prior to purchasing. Please also know that these are handmade items and small imperfections lend to their beauty. If you are not happy with your purchase, please let me know as soon as possible. I'd like the opportunity to remedy any problems. Returns should be handled no later than 2 weeks after receiving the item(s). Sorry - shipping costs are not refundable, no refunds on custom orders.
Payment
I accept Paypal, USPS Money Orders and Cashier's Checks issued from US banks. I may even consider a trade with another Etsy shop! Payment should be received no later than the 3rd day after the sale or I reserve the right to cancel the sale and leave appropriate feedback.
Shipping
Shipping is currently available only to US addresses. Thank you for understanding.

I send most orders out via USPS first class mail, however some items may go out parcel post or even media mail (if applicable.) If you'd rather use USPS Priority or would like insurance please let me know prior to ordering so that I can adjust the shipping rate. I generally ship once a week, toward the end of the week, unless you've purchased a custom order or you've made other arrangements with me. Should you need to make other arrangements, please convo me. I ship to the address you indicate via convo or via Paypal.

Please be aware that I reuse/recycle shipping materials when possible. Please don't expect a brand spanking new bubble envelope. If I don't have one to reuse, I'll use a new one, if not, I'll recycle a used but still usable one. Thanks for understanding!

Please email me the address you'd like you item(s) mailed to, otherwise I will use your Paypal address. Please read item description carefully for shipping destinations on individual items.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please note that smaller custom orders usually require a minimum of one week production time, although larger custom orders (6+ pieces) require longer production time. It's just me here and I work full-time too! Work starts on a custom order when the payment has been received and cleared. If you need your item quickly or for a special event, please let me know in our convo's so we can discuss a Rush Upgrade. Custom Orders should be paid for as soon as possible so I can begin you custom order quickly!

If you see something in my "sold" items that you'd me to try and remake, I'll consider it but please keep in mind that it won't be identical! Also, if you see something in my shop that you'd like in a different color, scheme, style, etc., please do let me know - I'm happy to take requests and special orders!
