Each and every items listed in my shop is Handcrafted by Me, the heavily Tattooed Green Haired Lady Modeling. This means not only do I model, I run my shop, design, sew and photographer. Most items are "MADE-TO-ORDER". On average it takes me 3-4 weeks to make every handcrafted item, due to previous clients orders I have to make or am making from the date that your order was placed. Within these 3-4 weeks I hand cut your order from the chosen material offered in each style, cutting size's that is requested. Perk's to this method is sometimes if a client requests for shorter lengths or longer lengths, I CAN DO THAT! :D Minor adjustments based on the requests agreed upon buyer and seller is usually is the set listed cost, often no additional cost for simple adjustments. Additional benefits to made to order, cuts back on wasted fabrics on pre-made deadstock sizes that may or may not sell due to demand, allowing for alternate or multiple sizes needed for future orders. Also if a client really like the material in ones style, chances are I can make it front he same material in another style!
After your order is cut, it usually is awaiting me to catch up on other orders prior to sew your item, I ensure quality sewing skills to each item, trying not to rush it, as I quality control all the seams and do a double check to make sure I haven't skipped a stitch! Quality and Durability is my number one Objective!
+ I am in the studio almost 24/7 around the clock, pattern making, fabric cutting, sewing, answering emails and social networking with updates. I eat and sleep fashion and work!
+ I know one may ask... "why should I wait so long for your product.... " well for one reason......
+ HANDCRAFTED ... almost like "couture"...
With that, you get to support locally made items within the USA by my two hands... ehhm (the model) yes thats me.. Not only am i running the business, I make every item, technically my hands have touch and sometimes a tear has been put into your piece. I am making the product that has been specifically placed by you the client for your size. Most items haven't even been made till an order is placed. SO why wait, well if you want a one of a kind piece, it takes a bit longer. Okay.. sure you can maybe find something similar, quicker which is cool... but was it made by hand by the designer and artist themselves? This is one unique perk to order from me. Its like buying art (canvas) that was actually painted by the artist and not over reproduced by a printer.
+ FLEXIBLE REQUESTS / QUALITY PRODUCTS
Sure its not for everyone to wait, I try to do my best to be a machine, Often I am also a machinist and have to fix my 2 and only sewing machines, which can delay the process a little more than say, a factory that has over 50 machines that don't allow a machine to slow their roll, in addition they probably have 15 employed workers to not skip a beat. However, I VALUE my customer's patience and it does go a long way. What you will receive is quality products, and if not satisfied I will always be glad to receive feedback. If it does not fit properly, we can arrange to fix that... now what shop offers that?! Plus...little secret between you and me... if I am running behind, clients waiting meant a lot to me, in which case I add an extra little something special in there! SURPRISE!
As a frequent ONLINE BUYER myself, I fully understand waiting for an item one is excited about seems make the days go longer. I have often waited from items knowingly that they come pre made from a stock shelf or even months waiting from something overseas, and they certainly don't provide me extras for my time I waited for the late item.

I am a one person operation, I take care of virtually everything. From modeling, taking photos, editing, postings, filling orders, shipping, emails, designing, pattern drafting, cutting, sewing, ironing, jewelry making, marketing and promoting.
I am constantly behind the sewing machine or cutting, but I do still love to receive messages! However, it does take me a few days to respond back, I try not to get overly distracted when sewing to get out of my groove and mess orders up.

+ Please do not purchase unless you are able to make payment at checkout. If your transaction is not paid within 24 hours, I will cancel your order and re-list the item.
+ Please do not purchase until buyer has up to date address on both Etsy account and PayPal. I am not responsible to follow up if your address matches both your PayPal and your Etsy account. I will be under the impression that it is the correct shipping address. If the parcel is sent to the wrong address, I am not responsible to replace, nor will a refund be granted.
+ I will not accept any inbox messages for change of address. I have a separate shipper who does not have access to my Etsy emails. This person only sees what is on the invoice.
+ If you have an alternative address to send too, please place the information at checkout in "ADDITIONAL NOTES TO SELLER" so my shipper can see the alternative address to ship too. ie) gift, family address, or friend.

==================== SHIPPING INFO / ORDERS ==================
+ All Customs, and MADE TO ORDER items require me to fill, cut, sew and press your items. This could take me anywhere to 3-4 weeks to complete from date of purchase, not including shipping time.
USA : 4 -7 Business Days
Canada: 2 - 3 Weeks
International: 3 - 4 Weeks ( vary based on distant of country)
+ Monday and Friday, are the main shipping days. Unless prior arrangements have been sent through message/convo. :)
+ All parcels are sent through USPS shipping service.
+ Additional fees are required for "additional insurance", and "signature upon delivery". Please request this prior to ordering. Otherwise your parcel does not include this.
+ Confirmation of shipment will be made on Paypal and Paypal will send buyer a follow up email with tracking or customs number for internationals.
+ In addition, I will check off your order as shipped once it's in the process of being delivered on Etsy and Paypal.
+ I do not do follow ups if parcels have arrived. I trust if I have not heard back from the buyer that the parcel has arrived. Please contact me it there are any concerns of parcels not arriving.
=================== LOST PARCELS =======================
+ I am not responsible or liable for any address changes the buyer has not updated. If parcel was sent to wrong address, that is up to the buyer to find a way to retrieve it.
+ As a buyer you may be at risk of parcels being misplaced. I cannot guarantee that your parcel will arrive safely, as parcels placed in hands of the third parties, I am not responsible or liable for third party action. However, I will gladly look into investigating the situation. If you are worried about losing your parcel, you can upgrade to delivery confirmation or signature confirmation.
+ If parcels are lost in mail: Once confirmed via USPS that in fact is lost in transit I will file insurance for lost form through USPS. In which case I will resend another item to replace it once it has been filed through USPS.
+ Once parcel has been sent: All parcels can be tracked through the USPS online tracking system. I can see in fact if it has arrived at destination. I am not responsible for what happens after that. If parcel is misplaced, I am not held liable or responsible for the item if misplaced. I can provide additional fees to the shipping if you want signature required upon delivery to ensure the security of your parcel. Please contact prior me to purchase so that the added charges can be placed on your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
+ Due to most styles in my shop are made to order, I do welcome exchanges, or store credits. However, every exchange does require I remake another piece. Therefore I do request a 20% restocking fee for any exchange or take off the return for credit.
+Any exchange or a store credit: Shipping refund is not included in refund. Once item has been processed and completed by the third party as shipped it does not qualify for a refund.
+SALE items are FINAL SALE no exchanges or returns.
================= ALTERATIONS / FIT ===================
+ Based on variety of fabrics, fits may vary from piece to piece by 1/4" inches or less. Everything is cut and made by hand, making each piece as close to the sizes listed.
+ If buyer requires alterations to a piece that has been sent and received, the buyer has to cover the return shipping back to Peeko and the shipping to resend the item to customer. I will do the alteration free if there is a problem with the order.
Additional policies and FAQs
+ Currently I am not taking any special requests other than what is listed in my shop. I am also not taking any request to make older styles that are not listing in the shop.
+ No WHOLESALE at the moment. I am currently only able to handle the small requests that I get on Etsy. I am at the moment not able to handle larger volumes in orders to fill store needs. Hopefully soon in the future.
