Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
* Returns and Problems *
Please email me if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase. I'm sure we can work together to resolve any problems.
If your item arrives broken or in a state other than described you may return it for a refund. Please let me know within 3 days after you receive your item.

I cannot refund or replace items lost in the mail to Italy, Russia, Ukraine, Greece or Mexico.
Payment
I accept Paypal. If you must use a money order or check, please contact me and we will talk all about it! Your item will not be shipped until Money order or check has been cashed.

Please make your payment within 1 day of purchase. If you have any problems please contact me. If your order isn't paid for within 3 days, your order will be cancelled.

Custom Orders require 50% paid up front and the remaining 50% will be paid at the time of completion.
Shipping
Please ensure that the shipping address shown on the ETSY check-out page matches the shipping address that you indicated in PayPal. Any differences will probably delay the shipment of your order. If you would like to purchase and have something shipped to someone else, please give the info via email or in the "Message To Seller" box.

*PLEASE NOTE: I do not have a large inventory of items on hand at any given moment, so your item may take a little bit longer to get to you since many times I will have to make the item, and I have to find the time to do so between my full-time work schedule AND my Full-time College schedule. (I like to keep busy...ha ha!)
Please be patient, and I will get it to you as quick as I can :-)

If I ever run super long to get something to you, I WILL throw in a free gift!
Also, if you need something by a specific date, like for instance for a birthday gift etc., please email me prior to purchase to make sure I can get it to you by the date needed. And please know that I will definitely try to work with you!

* Jewelry *
Due to the handmade nature of my items, designs may be slightly different (slight tweaks or improvements) than the ones in the photographs. Colors may look a bit different in real life due to screen variations.

* Gift Boxes*
A multiple item order may be shipped in one gift box to save packaging (better for the environment) but if you'd like each item in separate boxes, if they are gifts for instance, please write 'multiple gift boxes' in the message to seller section.
