My name is Amber and I am the creator, owner, and designer of LilyChic Designs. I design invitations and matching coordinates featuring vintage, simplistic, and shabby chic inspired themes.

I started designing invitations in 2013 when I developed a passion for parties and showers. It started as a part time creative outlet that focused on bridal showers and birthday parties, and has since developed into my full time career. My designs have grown to include baby showers, housewarming parties, anniversaries, and more!

-Q. How can I print my JPG invitation?
-A. The first option is you can print at any photo lab like CVS, Walmart, Walgreens, etc just like you would an actual picture. You can take the JPG on a memory stick or send it through their website where you tell them the number of copies you need in the size that you ordered (4x6 or 5x7).

The second way to print is you can take the JPG file into a specialty office supply store like Office Max, Staples, Kinkos, etc, and they can print the invitation onto an 8.5x11 piece of cardstock. You want to make sure you pick a nice sturdy, white cardstock that doesn't bend or fold easily.

If you print onto cardstock the invitations will have to be cut out since there is extra white space around the edge, but the location can do that for you. You can also purchase envelopes at stores like Michael's, Staples, Office Max, Amazon.com, etc.

**Lastly, I also offer printing services within the U.S. if you are interested.

-Q. Where can I find envelopes?
-A. If you have the time to purchase envelopes online, you can find 4x6 (A6 size) or 5x7 (A7 size) envelopes on websites like amazon.com, walmart.com, or envelopes.com. If you are pressed for time, you can purchase envelopes at places like Michaels, Walmart, or Staples, although sizes and colors are limited.

-Q. Do you provide Printing Services?
-A. Yes! I offer printing services for my 4x6 and 5x7 invitations. I print on Premium 100lb. matte white cardstock, and white envelopes are included. Shipping is additional and only available within the U.S. Printing Packages must be purchased in addition to the invitation listing of your choice. -Q. Why is my invitation printing blurry or low quality?
-A. All of my invitations and matching coordinates are emailed to you as a high-res JPG, 300 DPI quality which means that your invitation will not print blurry/pixelated or low quality. If it is however printing blurry or pixelated, it means that you have not saved the high res JPG file, but rather the thumbnail preview photo that you sometimes see at the bottom of an email. Make sure that you are fully opening the JPG attachment before saving to your computer. If you have any further issues, please message or email me and I can resend your invitation through Etsy messaging where I can give full instructions on how to save the JPG properly.

-Q. Why is there a white border around the edge of my invitation when I print onto 4x6/5x7 size cardstock?
-A. Most printers don't have the capability to print all the way to the edge of a piece of paper, so if you are printing your invitation onto the exact same size paper as the JPG, the edge of the design is going to get cut off due to the fact that the printer can't print all the way to the edge. To prevent the design from getting cut off, change the printer settings to "shrink to a printable area" when printing so the design will shrink slightly. You will still have a white border around the edge, but the design will not be cut off.

-Q. Why are the edges of my invitation getting cut off when I print onto 4x6/5x7 size cardstock?
-A. Most printers don't have the capability to print all the way to the edge of a piece of paper, so if you are printing your invitation onto the exact same size paper as the JPG, the edge of the design is going to get cut off due to the fact that the printer can't print all the way to the edge. -Q. I bought a 4x6 size invitation, can I still print the invitation as a 5x7? (or vice versa)
-A. Unfortunately due to different proportions the 2 sizes cannot be interchanged when printing. The size will have to be completely changed due to the fact that the aspect ratio between the 4x6 and 5x7 are different. The aspect ratio must match the shape of the chosen print. Although I provide size changes at no additional charge, once the invitation has already been completed then I charge a $5 fee to change the size.

-Q. I am trying to print my invitation like a photo on Snapfish.com, Walgreens.com, etc., and the top and bottom of my invitation is getting cut off. Why is this happening?
-A. Since the proportions are different between a 4x6 and 5x7, you need to make sure that you are choosing the same size on the website as the invitation you ordered. Otherwise the online photo website will try to accommodate the different proportion by cutting off either the sides or the top/bottom of your invitation design.

-Q. Do you provide RUSH ORDERING?

-Q. What other ways can I use your invitations?
-A. Since my invitations are sent to you as a digital JPG file, you can email your digital invitation to you family and friends, as well as post to your social media page like facebook, etc.

-Q. Can I get my invitation in a size other than 4x6 or 5x7?
-A. Yes, I can custom make your invitation to any size you need for free if you inquire before I have started working on your invitation. If you need the size of your invitation changed AFTER you have received your invitation via email, then there will be a $5 charge for the size change.

-Q. Can I change the wording, colors, font, graphics, etc.?
-A. All of my invitations are customizable so I do allow minor changes at no additional charge including wording changes and color changes. If you would like any colors or wording changed please include that in the Notes to Seller during checkout. If you would like font or layout changes then message me and I will let you know if I am able to make the customization*

*If I am able to make the font or layout change, there will be an additional charge.

-Q. Do you create custom designs? How much is it?
-A. If you have a custom design in mind, then message me! I will look at your reference photos or ideas and will work with you to create a custom design. If I have to purchase a special graphic(s) to include on your custom invitation, then I will discuss the price difference with you before you purchase.

-Q. Can I make any changes to my finished invitation you have emailed me?
-A. Yes, I can make up to 3 rounds of changes at no additional charge. A $5 fee applies to any further revisions, or if you would like a size change AFTER I have emailed you the finished JPG. Please note that if I have to make a correction to any of your information, spelling, etc, that is not considered a revision since the mistake is on my part :)

-Q. I have printed my invitations but noticed a spelling error or mistake on the invitation? What do I do?
-A. While I try to proof read and look over every invitation that I customize and email to my customers, mistakes do happen which means that I need every customer to look over every detail and spelling on their invitation to ensure that nothing needs to be changed before they print. I do allow changes and corrections to finished invitations which means that if there is a mistake or spelling error on your invitation, I will correct and revise the invitation for you at no additional charge. If you have already printed and notice a mistake, I am not responsible for reimbursement for any printing charges that you have paid. I will only revise the invitation and send you an updated JPG for you to reprint again.

Returns and exchange details
No refunds or exchanges for finalized invitations that have already been emailed to you. Please look over the proof that I send to your email address, and inform me of any mistakes or changes that need to be made. Please proof read the entire invitation carefully to ensure that everything is spelled correctly and that there are no errors. I am not responsible for any refunds due to the invitations having to be reprinted with a spelling or detail error.

For printing orders, printing does not occur until your invitation has been approved by you. Therefore no refund will be given on prints with errors in spelling, details, or graphics. If you have confirmed your invitation and notice a mistake, PLEASE contact me ASAP, however, I cannot guarantee that printing hasn't already occurred. Refunds will also not be given due to printed color variations since all printers print differently. I try my best to adjust the colors and brightness before printing, but please note that all monitors display color and brightness differently, and all printers print differently as well. If a buyer requires a reprint, invitations can be offered at cost.

Your satisfaction is very important to me so in the event that you are unhappy with my work, please contact me before leaving feedback and I will do my best to correct any issue.

I accept all major credit cards and Paypal. Payment is due upon purchase. Invitation orders and customization (custom orders included) will not be started until payment is received.
Shipping
{ TURNAROUND TIME FOR PRINTABLE - DIGITAL FILE INVITATIONS }
Average turnaround time to receive your first finished proof is 24-48 hours (including the weekends). Invitation will be emailed as a high res JPG file to the email address you use to log into Etsy unless otherwise requested. After your first invitation proof is emailed, a 'shipping' confirmation email will also be sent through Etsy to ensure that my email is received. I include 3 rounds of revisions at no additional charge, and will email each revision as a high res JPG. Then once everything looks good you can save the JPG file and print as many copies as you need. Since all files are emailed, I have the capability to 'ship' worldwide if you print-it-yourself.

{ TURNAROUND AND SHIPPING TIME FOR PRINTED INVITATIONS }
Printing Packages are in addition to the invitation design fee, and are only available within the U.S. I always email a proof first within 24 hours of purchase to make sure that nothing needs to be changed or corrected. If necessary I would email a revised invitation proof(s). Then once the invitation proof has been approved I would ship within 3 business days (M-F only, I don't ship on the weekends or holidays). Total time from when the order is placed to when your package is delivered averages around 7-10 days (including the weekends), but may take longer depending on the time it takes for you to acknowledge and approve your proof via email. LilyChic Designs will not be held responsible for delayed orders due to slow response/approval time from a client. Printing packages in a quantity of 10-25 prints will be shipped via USPS First Class (Priority expedited upgrade is available during checkout). Printing packages in a quantity of 30+ will automatically ship USPS Priority.

{ IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER - SPELLING ERRORS}
PLEASE make sure you double check that both the details AND spelling on your design is correct PRIOR to approving your proof for my printing services, or printing yourself. If you have already printed and notice a mistake, I am not responsible for reimbursement for any printing charges that you have paid. I will only revise the invitation and send you an updated JPG for you to reprint again. If you have purchased one of my Printing Packages, once the invitation proof has been approved I automatically submit the order to my printing company. Therefore I am unable to cancel the printing order/process to make edits to your design. If changes are required and your order has already been submitted to my printing company, then you will be responsible for any additional printing charges, and additional shipping charges if your order has already shipped.

{ IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER - PRINTED COLOR VARIATIONS }
>> Please note << all computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices display color differently. Therefore, it is possible that the colors you see on your digital proof may vary in shade, saturation, brightness, etc, once printed. If there is glitter, burlap, or lace on your invitation design, please note that these are just a digital graphic meant to look like real glitter, burlap, or lace once printed. If you are printing these yourself then I strongly suggest that you print just a sample, or 1 test copy of your invitation before printing the entire batch. You can also ask the printing company to adjust the brightness of their printer if your invitation is too light, dark, etc.
