I have been working by hand since I was 10 years old. It doesn't happen that I'm not knitting or sewing. For me, this is pure relaxation. I started the thing with the children's jackets 3 years ago after a heavy stroke of fate. For me, this meant distraction and inner peace. When I see beautiful wool, I really enjoy imagining the model that I will make from it. The only bad thing about the children's jackets is that I constantly knit blue. Otherwise, I knit hats, diaper pants or socks in between, for the sake of variety. But it always gives me great pleasure to present my new models to my relatives and friends. I am also always available for special orders, which are coming in more and more frequently.

Ich Handarbeite seit meinem 10. Lebensjahr ständig. Es kommt nicht vor, dass ich nicht am Stricken oder Nähen bin. Für mich ist das Entspannung pur. Die Sache mit den Kinderjacken habe ich vor 3 Jahren nach einem schweren Schicksalsschlag begonnen. Für mich hat das Ablenkung und innerliche Ruhe bedeutet. Ich habe richtig Spaß daran, wenn ich schöne Wolle sehe, mir innerlich direkt das Modell vorzustellen, was ich daraus anfertigen werde. Das einzig schlimme bei den Kinderjacken ist, dass ich ständig Blau stricke. Ansonsten stricke ich zwischendurch Mützen, Windelhosen oder Socken, der Abwechslung halber. Mir macht es aber immer wieder große Freude, meine neuen Modelle meinen Verwandten und Freunden vorzustellen. Auch für Sonderbestellungen, die immer häufiger reinkommen, bin ich immer zu haben.
