Announcement   PEMBA Ceramics... Jewelry... Polymer Clay... Textiles... Painted Terracotta

My work is unique or made in very limited editions. Mixed media is one of my passions. Most small items I send to you in a gift box bearing artwork by me.
Gift Certificates are available immediately (pdf) & now valid for one year.

** You are more than welcome to purchase now anyway and make sure the item you love…is yours. However, I am unable to ship anything to anyone until mid-April 2014 at the earliest. Actual shipping date depends on all the orders I have lined up. (Here and in other venues…)

PEMBA means “Saturday” in Tibetan and is a common unisex name. My mother is Tibetan and grew up in West Bengal, India. Each piece of jewelry, textile or ceramics is sent padded with smiles and gratitude. Please contact me if you have any questions or custom orders.

Read my Profile to find out more and before you buy, see my Shop Policies page.

Love this soap holder! It looks so pretty in the shower. Elizabeth was lovely to deal with, it arrived very quickly and packaged beautifully. I can't wait to shop at her store again!

Lovely pendant. Even prettier than the picture shows. Seller was very helpful and made sure I received the package and was happy. All around great experience with purchase.

FREE TUTORIAL!! free tutorial !! FREE TUTORIAL !!
An article on my polymer clay work was in the Detroit Free Press on May 20,2009. I showed how to make a polymer clay button. Email me and I will e-mail you a copy so you can try it out.

If an item says "...SOLD" I have sold it at an art fair or gallery but you can convo or e-mail me to order one like it. If an item is bought by someone just before you buy it I will promptly refund your money or try to make a similar one for you.

If you would like your order sent directly to someone as a GIFT I can do that. Tell me before you pay. For a small extra charge I will include a tiny gift card (with your name and a short message) and I will not include the price tag/invoice. I will email you a PDF that is your receipt.

Check back often! Wander through my profile to find out more about me,my family,my travels,my pooch...

Please bear in mind that I have to wait for your PERSONAL CHECK to clear before mailing the item you buy. Please, pay as soon as possible and I will ship as soon as possible. For all made-to-order items payment is required before I begin making your item.

Shipping
Most small items I send to you in a Pemba gift box bearing artwork by me. All my work is sent padded with smiles and gratitude.

SALES TAX
According to state law, 6% sales tax(shipping and handling charges are not included) will be applied to packages shipped to the state of Michigan.

Domestic items will be shipped by USPS--United States Postal Service. If you'd like to pay for speedier Priority USPS just ask me. If you have special shipping requests then I will work with you.

If you purchase 3 OR MORE ITEMS at the same time you will get FREE SHIPPING on all of it. Please remind me about this BEFORE YOU PAY...in an e-mail or convo. I will revise your invoice before you pay. Thanks !

DURING HOLIDAY SEASON...November 1-December 10... items that are IN STOCK will be mailed out to you as soon as possible. Please let me know if you are in a rush. I will do my best to accommodate you. Also, depending on how many orders there are I may be able to mail something to you after December 10th so that it will arrive before or by December 24th.
Refunds and Exchanges
I've not had any problems but if any of my work breaks under normal use I will be happy to repair it. All my work is made by hand & with love & cannot be treated roughly like mass produced ceramics, jewelry or textiles.

Single earrings can be replaced for a fee plus shipping if you lose one. Use of earring stoppers is highly recommended to prevent this. I enclose a pair of stoppers with all (non-hoop) earring purchases. You can buy just earring stoppers or extras from me if you want.
