Do you offer custom and personalized orders?
Yes! Please send me a message with your custom request. If purchasing an existing listing, please list the names or phrases for each item in the "notes" section at check out. For example, if you order 10 gift tags, please list all 10 names in the "notes" section.
What type of paper do you use?
Pen & Chic only uses only high quality paper products. The majority of my paper products are purchased through Paper Source. I use high quality calligraphy pens and inks, sourced through calligraphy suppliers. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions about paper or paper color.
Do you offer envelope calligraphy?
Yes! Please visit my website (www.penandchic.com) or send me a direct message for more information on envelope calligraphy services. Pen & Chic offers envelope calligraphy for weddings, showers, holidays, and other occasions!
Do you refund for shipping overages?
Yes. If there is a difference, Pen & Chic will refund you the difference between the shipping cost originally charged at checkout and the final shipping cost.
Is calligraphy the same as a computer font?
No. All calligraphy is done by hand and will differ from a printed computer font. Each letter will vary slightly including slight variations in color, size, style, centering, spacing, and margins throughout the order. Please have this expectation when ordering calligraphy. Each piece is a work of art and should be appreciated as such.
