Returns and exchange details
All of my vintage merchandise is, by definition, used and aged. I do my best to accurately describe the items and point out any flaws, but please understand that you are not purchasing a brand-new item. I package all of the items with great care, but have no control over what happens to an item once it leaves my hands. Unless I have misrepresented something in my listing, I am unable to accept returns.
Payment
Pendleton Market currently accepts PayPal and Etsy direct checkout.

Items shipped to any address in the state of Missouri will be charged 7.95% sales tax.

Sales, coupon codes, and promotions apply to the item price only and exclude shipping and sales tax.
Shipping
General Shipment:

All items will ship via USPS priority mail, Monday through Saturday. I will always ship your item within 3 business days, if for some reason I am unable to ship within that time frame, I will send you a message.

Shipping Time Frame:

USPS priority mail will generally get to your location within 3-4 days. If you need your item faster than that, please message me and I can give you a quote for over-night shipping.

Depending on your location, Fed Ex will get your purchase to you typically within 1 to 4 business days (weekend days are not included) from the date of shipment.

*All packages are shipped without requiring signature! If you would prefer to sign for your package, please refer below!*

Local Pick-up / Deliver:

If you live in the St Louis Metro area, please convo me about picking up your purchase or arranging delivery. I will not charge for shipping if you are local, and other arrangements can be made.

Combined Shipping:

I am more than happy to combine shipping. If you are purchasing two or more items, please contact me, and I will adjust the shipping cost accordingly.

Alaska / Hawaii:

All shipping quotes given are for shipments within the continental United States. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, please contact me for a shipping quote direct to your location.

International Customers:

Please contact me for a shipping quote to your location! I will try to respond as quickly as possible with an accurate quote. Given the delicate nature of many of my pieces, I will only ship items via USPS international priority shipping.
