A quick turn around and Katie was a DREAM to work with. Her suggestions for the ladies shirts were so helpful AND she sent emails to follow up with ordering and shipping. I would DEFINATELY recommend this product and Katie to ALL and EVERYONE!!!!

Returns and exchanges
I can't control what happens to a package once it leaves my door... hopefully it will be in good hands with your postman! if it is a concern beforehand, insurance can be added, just let me know and I will create a special listing for you!
Payment
items purchased via paypal will ship within 48 hours of payment received.
custom orders will take longer to produce, arrangements will be made specifically. I will always try my best to work within your timeline.
items purchased via personal check or money order will take longer, but again will ship within 48 hours of clearance.
Shipping
if you would like to add insurance, shipping upgrade to Priority mail or need a rush with Next day express, or prefer FedEx, please feel free to convo me and let me know. I will do my best to accommodate any special needs.
if you are sending the item is a gift, please remember to include the address for delivery in a message. otherwise, all shipments will be made to either the paypal address provided, or the address given on your check.
local buyers in the berks county area, feel free to contact me and we can schedule a pick-up or drop off that is convenient. I'd be happy to do so!
