If you decide to take one of my handmade items home, you can be assured that I will get it in the post as soon as possible. Posting within Canada this means you'll normally receive it within a week, and if you're overseas it will be anywhere between 1-4 weeks depending on where you are, unless your item is mailed surface (which will only happen with your consent).

Shop policies
- I will deliver your package to the post office within one working day of receiving your order unless my shop announcement says otherwise. Sometimes we have bank holidays on mondays which means the post office is shut (and so is work- yey!) so occasionally this can be two of your working days depending on where in the world you are.
- I will make my products as pretty and indestructible as I can muster!
- Your items will be wrapped so they're a pleasure to open, even if it is just a gift for yourself- you're special because you've chosen pennydog!
