The seller was very helpful when I had a question before I bought it, and the product itself was easy to set up! It holds all my COPIC Sketch markers, and Ciao ones fit too, if a little snugly. There was a slight charcoal smell that faded a day or two after I assembled it, and I got a bit of soot on my hands, but that’s not unusual for homemade laser cuts.

The second order was not as straight, after putting it together, as the first order. It was slightly not aligned, but I made it work. Overall, I still like the product. Sincerely, Gara

I really like this item. The instructions were a little vague and I had my husband help me to hold it while I was trying to assemble it. I liked the hint of hot gluing the joints to help make the product more sturdy. Overall, it held most of my inkpads. The slots were not tall enough to hold the Versa Fine Claire inkpads- it was a very snug/tight fit. I would still buy this item again because it does what it's supposed to do. Gara

works perfect for copic pens well made

The item was really hard to put together and kept on falling apart during assembly. I had to secure the pieces with packing tape numerous times in the middle of assembling. The final product does not line up correctly and looks ugly. I am not happy with this purchase.

Beautifully done! A perfect solution and addition to my craft room. Exactly as described to store my vast copic collection. I only wish there was a frame available for more stability. I have been looking for storage for my markers for a long time, so happy I found PennyDuncanCreations! There was a slight burned wood smell, but it quickly evaporated.

Penny was an absolute pleasure to work with! Super responsive, sometimes ninja fast, and very kind! She made 2 custom pieces for me and did them so quickly and perfectly to my specifications!
